Turn off the power supply after parking, stop the discharge of the gas tank and put it at normal pressure, and record the operation well. When problems arise, it should report to the supervisor in time, and communicate with the technical personnel of the manufacturer in time.
Attention: We must remove the pressure, repair after shutdown, and strictly prohibit pressurized operation.
1. The contaminants in the gas storage tank should be discharged regularly, and every 8 hours when conditions permit, the sewage valve at the bottom of the gas storage tank should be opened to allow the air compressor to discharge at 0.05-0.1 MPa pressure.
2. Mufflers must be cleaned once a month. If the dust on the site is large, the cleaning cycle should be shortened according to the situation.
3. Check the reliability of the safety valve and the tension of the triangle belt once a month.
4. Special grease should be added to needle roller bearings after 2500 hours of operation.
5. The intake and exhaust valves are cleaned regularly, and the valves are removed once a year. The main engine is fully maintained and maintained once a year. The clearances of the main moving parts are checked. If the wear is serious, the valves should be replaced in time.
