I. Preparations before startup
1. Belt (coupling) correction: If the air compressor is driven by belt, the belt tightness should be between 10 and 20 mm. If the air compressor is driven by coupling, the balance of the coupling should be checked by hand-disc motor and main engine after installation. Air compressor couplings are basically elastic couplings, which can be neglected when the balance deviation is not large.
2. Main engine steering correction: If the main power supply has been removed in the process of air compressor maintenance, attention should be paid to the positive and negative rotation of the motor after the power supply is returned. The motor steering should be based on the direction of the main engine. For the correct steering of the main engine of Dongguan air compressor, please check the steering icon marked on the main engine.
Correction method: Two arbitrary power lines in three-phase AC power supply can be used.
II. Internal Pressure Correction of Units
The internal pressure of the unit should be between 0.2 and 0.45 Mpa.
校正办法：该压力值应在机组卸载运转时停止，值的大小在最小压力阀的调理螺母上调理，为了便当读取所调定的值，应在最小压力阀之前取压力检测点并装置压力表(局部微电脑控制器有内压参数显现功用，如没有该功用的应在最小压力阀之前装设压力表)。Correction method: The pressure value should stop when the unit is unloading and running. The value should be adjusted on the adjusting nut of the minimum pressure valve. In order to read the adjusted value conveniently, the pressure detection point should be taken before the minimum pressure valve and the pressure gauge should be installed. (Local micro-computer controller has the function of showing internal pressure parameters, if not, the pressure gauge should be installed before the minimum pressure valve.
3. Loading, unloading and scale correction
When setting these three parameters, the unloading value should be affirmed firstly. The unloading value should be separated and affirmed according to the rated pressure of the air compressor and the pressure required by the gas terminal. After the unloading value is affirmed, the loading value should be set again. The pressure difference between the two should be between 0.1 and 0.2 Mpa. After setting the unloading and loading value of the air compressor, the final setting of the proportional value should be between the unloading value and the loading value. An example is given to illustrate the ratio value. Ming: If a factory needs air compressor supply pressure of 0.8Mpa, and the supply request is relatively stable, three parameters should be set as follows: unloading pressure of 0.8Mpa, loading pressure of 0.65Mpa and proportional control pressure of 0.73-0.75Mpa.
Calibration method: Set this parameter in the micro-computer controller (if the control of air compressor is controlled by press-twist, the loading and unloading parameters should be adjusted from the pressure switch, and the proportional value should be adjusted at the regulating nut of the proportional valve on the relief valve).
IV. Correction of High Temperature Maintenance Value
When the screw air compressor works normally, its temperature should be between 65 ~98 C. Temperature over high maintenance automatic shutdown temperature should not exceed 105 C.
