One company quoted me their price and emailed me images of my artwork. The other company quoted me a price but would not provide an image of my designs. I would hope other companies would show their work before asking to be paid. I understand i'm asking them to perform work but how do I know the quality of their work if I don't see the item I sent. They referred me to their website to see other work they have performed. Well, I can also show potential customers work that I may or may not have done.

Is it normal to ask for my work to be seen before paying? I would hope so.
Also, when asking for the work to be digitized, if its in vector format, why do I have to provide sizes? To my understanding, vector format is what I want because I can resize it for any job I may have.
Hi,
Pls give me your email ID i will give you the best Quote.

Thanks

I'm not sure if you are still looking for a digitizer. I am located in Austin, TX and price per job. I sample my designs on a Tajima and can scan and email to you for your approval. Contact me for a quote, I price per job difficulty.

Thanks,
Andrea

Just reading through the posts, I do agree that the size is important so that the digitizer can ensure the quality of the design in the size you want.
I don't see anyone really answering the most important question that you asked. Yes you should be able to see the design digitized before you pay for it. I have seen a great deal of difference in quality of digitizing over the years.
What I do for long distance customers is I test stitch the design, often more than once. When I am really happy with it I send a good quality photo of the design to the customer. Then if they are happy with the design they can pay me and I will e-mail the design file in the format they want.
I do charge according to the time I spend. I will never offer a "cheap" service, I will only offer quality. My prices are reasonable though usually about $60.00 Australian per logo.

Thumbs up Embroidery Digitizing at just $15/logo

Hi,

I am Nilesh Chougule from India, Owner of Supreme Digitizing providing services to many clients from U.S and Canada. We are a team providing consistently the best quality and the best turn time and are capable of handling the volume of 50-75 designs per day. We offer the max turn time of 24 hrs. and accept payments through Paypal.

Please have a look at the attached images which is the way we present the designs to clients after digitizing with the embroidery file.
The Prices we offer are like
Flat $1/k stitches.
$15/design regardless the stitch count upto 5 inch width (Approx.upto 35,000 stitches)
$25/design regardless the stitch count upto 8 inch width (Approx.upto 60,000 stitches)
$45/design Above 60,000 stitches,

With these pricing plans you get charged about $0.3/1000 stitches which we bet will be the lowest. With our lowest rates you can save a lot or you can lower your rates and go for volume projects to save even more.

We strongly believe in developing and maintaining good business relation with every client.

We look forward to a positive reply from you.

Regards,
Nilesh Chougule
