Phoenix embroidery digitizing

The embroidery time depending on the speed of the machine basically, But we are albe to refer to some kind of data and method , To make the stitch less and shorten the time ,

Below is some experience of mine ,

As we known ,tatami is fit for larger embroidery area . As a rule, the stitch space preferences is 4mm, But as tatami has much density and frequency , the stitch is more than other stitch , We can have a try on changing the stitch space to 4.5mm or 5mm. The finished products have been prove to be no different from 4mm.

hope it works for you

Hi ILU,

Thanks for the tip.

I do understand the difference in speed and time, but a difference of 4mm and 5mm stitch space would make a significant difference on some cloth types. It would revele the cloth behind the tatami fill.

Best is to experiment if you have a large quantity. If you have only a few pieces to make, it would be best to keep it at 5mm.

Thanks for appreciation talker.
Rather than trying at 5mm and to make the work bad, I would recommend 4.5mm ( even though the difference looks small)

Hi Raj,

No, there is no special machinary for this, any size can be stitched on any machinery, there is a difference in quality most of the time between a personal home machine and a commercial multihead machine.

4.5mm or 5mm is actually the lettering hieght. We can set the required sizes while digitizing.
