Am hooked!

I’m hooked! I took the plunge in April and bought a Husqvarna Designer II and started to learn to digitize. Well, I got totally hooked and have now bought a 2nd hand PR600 6 needle machine. I never imagined how absorbing this digitizing could be. I’m totally loving it. And the difference in the stitch out between the two machines is amazing. OK, I know the Designer is a home/hobby machine and the PR600 is a semi commercial one, but I didn’t expect the difference in quality to be that much. If anyone is thinking of upgrading to a better machine, don’t hesitate – it’s well worth it. I’m still trying to get my head round the PE Design software after being used to Husqvarna’s, but a little time and patience I guess. It’s good I can use both to digitize until I get used to PE. I will also have to have a go at caps sometime, but reading the forum about caps, it’s a bit daunting. Will have to get some cheap ones to practice on as I’m sure I will have to throw loads away!!! Anyway, just wanted to encourage others who may be wondering what to do and if it’s worth it…... it is! BTW, am learning loads from the forum too, great site. Thanks. mino

Hi Mino,

I started digitizing 2 years ago for a textile company. I too got hooked right off the bat.
I work with Tajima DG/ML software with a Tajima Neo Machine which I hear are some of the best machines. I just love it! I could do this for the rest of my life lol
