3d foam embroidery!
Did my first order for 3d embroidery, after considerable testing (on cheap caps), they turned out great! Whew.

yeah you are right, I just wish each one would come out perfect every time....I know the customer doesnt see half the stuff the digitizer/embroider sees, but it gets on my nerves!

I'm new to the forum so not sure how all this works. I'm trying to do a 2" Old English R in puff. I've never done puff so not sure how to start. I know the density has to be alot different. When I used the software font for R, it doesn't taper down to the ends so the foam is very apparent. Any help anyone can offer would be much appreciated. We use Design Shop digitizing software. Thank you.

well you need to at least double the density....you also will either need to taper the ends or create a satin stitch along the bottom of the R (vertically) before you sew the horizontal satin of the R itself....if that makes any sense.
