Digitize a logo

I am looking to get a custom logo digitized, we are looking to make some hats and shirts for out truck club.
The local embroider needs the file in a .dst or .emb format.

The logo is an oval with 2 lines of text in it.
I can email you a picture of it.

let me know who can do it.
