Babylock Esante vs Vista

Thanks in advance,
I just purchased a Windows vista laptop- hoping it would work with my embroidery machine.
When I plug it in to the USB port, it starts to sense the embroidery machine, but after a few seconds it causes the embroidery machine to restart!! Please help.

What kind of machine do you have? And software?

Most machines are not compatible with Vista. I think you should try it with a friends laptop that has windows XP. Im definte it will work.

download upgrade from Babylock website. The Word doc BLN_vista103.doc gives you step by step instructions
