Hello! everybody!
I'm JOY, I come from china.
Nice to meet you! sorry my english is not so good, pls understands! I have embarked on embroidery design for five years, and embarked on management for 4 years。I know all embroidery design very well, especially for clothes embroidery design making, and also special embroidery, for example. 3D embroidery; Sequin embroider; Tuft embroidery; vacuum embroidery; Chenille embroidery. Etc. I familiar with the embroidery software like Rainbow; Tajima and Wilcom. I also embarked on badge, hat/toy/bag embroidery…so I think have much experience in embroidery area. Our company sells SUBARU multi-head computer tuft embroidery machine, which is world initiative computer embroidery machine developed by China and Japanese technicians through several years efforts. Its special cam design, thread fetching and cutting design ( three patents) make 0.1mm needle distance, precise, strong third dimension, and alive expression. Therefore this machine is highly competitive. It is designed in Japan with key accessories and assembled in China by both China and Japan engineers. Hi Joy,
I wonder if you could help me. I see that you have experience in 3D embroidery. I've tried to do 3D embroidery and I just can't get it like the 3D embroidery we import from china. I use the new Wilcom 2006. Is there any special technique in doing 3D embroidery or are there a number of things that come into play when it comes to 3D embroidery, like your needle size, the type of 3D foam, cotton?
