I have had a bad experience with this digitizer. I lost a few customers because he just couldn't get things done right.

I wouldn't recommend him. A better option is CheapDigitizing. I have been working with them for over 2 months now and just needed one edit done out of dozens of orders i have placed with them. The edit was done and sent in just a few hours.
