Any idea on this... how to set up a design to embrioder on front and both sides in one hooping. It needs to create a permanent grid to do this. I heard about Pulse embroidery software... will this help?

I use pulse and have layed out a design to do it all in one sewing. However! On the tajima cap hoops the cap tends to bunch on the sides and doesnt give you a smooth area to sew on, so I gave it up. If there are better cap hoops available then I dont see why you couldnt do it. It just took some trial and error sessions to get the distances correct, etc.
