Hi, I'm glad i found this forum!
Hi everyone:
My name is ANA from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I just get a one head embroidery machine. A guy is comming to install and teach me how to use the machine but I have to learn the digitalizing software by myself. The guy who sold me the embroidery machine told me the software is included but he said it's something like SERVICE PACK1 and i've been looking for some tutorial or some about this program and I haven't found anything... żis there a program called SERVICE PACK at all?. I have another question: Im a graphic designer żdo you think it will be easier for me if I had a great experience working with vector images in illustrator and Corel Draw or it doesn't has nothing to do with it?. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP! ![]() |

Hey Anatli,
First of all welcome to the forum, I am Talker, the moderator of this forum. Digitizing is it self a very complex field that you will learn as time passes. Regarding the SERVICE PACK , this can only be an update of some software, try to find out the name of the software. Your exisitng experience will be of good help. Corel Draw and Illustrator are both vector based softwares that can be used to create ARTWORK. For digitizing you will need artwork, which can be in any format (jpg, bmp, gif), it just needs to in good resolution, so that you can work on it with perfection. Artwork can be created or even saved from any website. Talker |
