Viewing program only
I have customers who have asked about a viewing program only. They just want to look at the design to make sure it is the right one. There was a company that had one for 25.00, but they no longer are in business. If you know of any that are easy to use then please let me know. (It should also show the stitch count and size)Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I would suggest you download the Wilcom TrueSizer, its a free software that can view and resize designs. Just to a google on "Download Wilcom TrueSizer" |

thanks for the info. The problem I see with this program is that it can resize, letting the inexperienced customer manipulate it. Does it keep the same amount of stitches when resized? They might think they can take a jacket back design and make it left chest because of this function. If it removes stitches on resizing, they could take away the integrity of the design because they don't understand param's. I guess I will need to check it out before I recomend it.

What format do you want to view?
I have a software to view embroidery files, JUST VIEW THEM with stitches/size. Its a very simple software that runs from a single file... no installation required. |

That would be great! I need it to read Tajima files. Customers want to view the files before they give to their embroidery company. One customer has a hat size and then a left chest size so they can view it instead of me having to resend. I've done so many over the years it can take an hour just to find one file. The system they use to store them on their computer is kind of sloppy to say the least! One failed to use the dst extension so all the files I sent to her were corrupt (which she found out after emailing them to the hat company.Thanks in advance! You are a life saver!
