I Am Trying To Embroidery The Letter G About 8 Inches It Sews Good Until It Gets To The Wide Part Then The Stiching Gets Real Loose Is There Anything I Can Do To Fix This.

sound too strange, but if you attach the file here, these lot of digitizers here could give you the right answer. Probably a matter of the software, it could be analyzed only by the created file you use to sew out.

It sounds like you're trying to make a letter of 8 inches with Satin stitch. Basically, the column widths are too wide for satins (satins should never be wider than 10 milimetres - 0.4 inches).
Change the parameters for your lettering and make them flat fill instead of satin. Or (if your digitising software has such features) make them random fill (stitch lengths between 3 and 6 milimetres) - for large letters this looks pretty good. Also, keep in mind that such large fonts will need double fill underlayers, or you'll see the fabric through the letters. |

i agree with ishtmail, it is too large for satin stitch.
