I was wondering if anyone could assist me. I had a design digitzed and e-mailed to me. I could not open the attachment. I was directed by Dell to download the free Pluse Software, Ammbassador. I was able to open the design and convert it to brother format. I can't open it in Embird to convert to the jef format and then download to my flash card. Will Embird interface with this Software. Grateful for any help.
