Embroidery on side of caps.

Anyone have experience embroidering on the side of caps.
Will the 270 degree cap frames work ok for this, or should one have fast frames?

I used a 270 degree cap frame. I make sure I move the needle to where I want the design to begin before it starts stitching. I also trace the design first to make sure it fits
