Everytime my machine starts a new color or has a thread trim it doesnt embroider the first few stitches - It is not a Bobbin Timing or Hook because I have adjusted that - but its very annoying everytime it starts it beeps at me - i stop it - and just hit start again and it works

It's a Toyota ESP9100 (mostly tajima parts)

is the stitch file not ok, you can send the pes or dst or other format of this design,so we can check for you if any problems with the logo
Some time,our customers happen this problem,we change the file for you and then it is ok
