We purchased the Fast Frames hoops that use the adhesive backing. So far they have been very effective and we love them.

Try using a light coat of non stick spray or if you can get spray on teflon (most cooking store for pan repair have) you can apply that to your needles then bake them at 400 degrees for about 1hr. this will fix the problem
