Applique....
I was at a show in Charlotte,NC,USA friday and saw Stahls' applique and the cutter they used to cut it. It all works off of vector files...which of course you can do in illistrator and duplicate it in pulse..so my question is...has anyone tried to use the cutter on a Roland sp-540v to cut applique material...I am probably gonna give it a try just to see what happens, but I was hoping for a heads up from someone who has done it.

We have a laser cutter machine to cut appliques.. its dangerous, but awesome when its cuts hundred of appliques PRECISELY and ACCURATELY in minutes.
Its a China made machine but works really good. |

Yes we also use a laser to cut patches currently we can do 50,000 cuts in about an hr. of course this is proprietary custom made equipment.
