Thread pull outs

My new 6 head Tajima is giving me a time with tails..or pull outs after trims. The design I was working with today is very old...digitized probably 12 years ago..it's the text I am havig issues with. Should I re do the text on the new software that I have?

You can adjust the length of the trim on the machine(if that is what you are talking about..the length of the left over thread after trim..I have a six head tajima as well and had the same problem at first...if that is the same problem let me know and I will tell ya where to adjust it.)
