Hi everyboy,

I am using wilcom software we used to send .pes format for some customers, they are complaining that there are no trims but when i check the .emb files it is there it is happening now and then. Can any one give some tips to handle this things.

Could it possibly the machine they are running it on? I am not familiar with Wilcom, but maybe there is some communication problem with their particular machine. Just a guess. I know with Pulse that I use that you have to set up certain functions on the software to work with a particular embroidery machine.

if you say you have wilcom then go to machine format then set the param
then save the file to that format
its simple eh! enough

the problem is the setting of embroidery machine,not digitizing problem
