I'm not actually goint to be doing the embroidery (I wish I was able to!) Do I need to know what machine will be used before anything is done?

I'm attaching my logo. I'd like to have it done two ways.

1. Thread only
2. The square part done by fabric applique instead of just thread.


Is this possible and what cost am I looking at.
