Designing Software?

What is your favorite software. I personally like photoshop combined with illustrator.

If your into inexpensive clones for expensive graphic software.. Try Gimp (for photowork) and Inkscape (for Illustrator items). The price is right with no loss in options or quality.

CorelDraw is hands-down the best, most productive software in this industry.

I love Corel Draw, for my needs the best software. The old CD 12 is good.
But CD 14 i find a tick better, especially the quick vectorizing saves so much
time.

ADI...

Apart from embroidery, I'm an illustrator. And for most of my drawings I use Photoshop. I have a TabletPC laptop (Acer TravelmateC314), allowing me to draw directly into Photoshop with the pen - recognising pressure levels is a must.
At work, I have a Wacom Cintiq 18SX LCD monitor tablet - basically the same concept, only running on a PC (which means it's faster) and with a larger monitor. I'd love to get my hands on the new Cintiq 21 though...

Anyway, Photoshop is the best one around.

Apart from that, I use Corel mostly for vector work - I guess I'm too used to it to switch to Illustrator.

I totally agree. Photoshop and illustrator are the best.

Before I had photoshop, I used paintshop pro-- which got me by for a while.
