how to ensure a satisfactory sale?
my uncle are running a factory
he dealt with some digitizing work but he is puzzling about the sale because the foreign trade is more and more hard to start a business abroad is much more difficlut so if you have produced many products how can you sell them in order to avoid piling in the warehouse this is really a problem who can tell me? i need your help |

Trading over the internet is the hardest thing ever. You dont get to see you client, (most of the time), and you only have means of email/phone to contact and undestand the requirments.
This is certianly hard, but if you think it the way the BIG shots are thinking, your uncle could succeed. Make the habit of good service and good support. Thats what everyone wants More suggestions are welcome from other members. |

No real differance between a customer on the net or in the store. They need to understand and approve of the final work. Can you send a proof? Or have a library of samples?
The more the customer's expectations are not set, the more likely they won't like what they get. |
