how to ensure a satisfactory sale?

my uncle are running a factory
he dealt with some digitizing work
but he is puzzling about the sale
because the foreign trade is more and more hard
to start a business abroad is much more difficlut
so if you have produced many products
how can you sell them in order to avoid piling in the warehouse
this is really a problem
who can tell me? i need your help

Trading over the internet is the hardest thing ever. You dont get to see you client, (most of the time), and you only have means of email/phone to contact and undestand the requirments.

This is certianly hard, but if you think it the way the BIG shots are thinking, your uncle could succeed. Make the habit of good service and good support. Thats what everyone wants

More suggestions are welcome from other members.

No real differance between a customer on the net or in the store. They need to understand and approve of the final work. Can you send a proof? Or have a library of samples?

The more the customer's expectations are not set, the more likely they won't like what they get.
